EAT THE RIGHT TYPES OF SUGAR!
Is your body sending you an SOS signal in the form of pain and suffering? Could it be that your “dis-ease” is merely attempting to tell you that you’ve been burning the wrong types of food for fuel?
I believe … YES!
Think about it this way!
You have trillions of cells that swim inside your body’s internal seas; and remember, your body is approximately 75% water. If you’ve been burning the wrong types of oil for fuel such as trans fats, the waters of your body can experience what I call an internal “oil spill” and your cells can become coated with oil.
If this happens, insulin that your pancreas produces from the types of sugar you’re burning for fuel cannot penetrate the walls of your cells to be converted into energy so it begins to build up in your blood stream.
That’s when you begin to experience what I call an internal environmental crisis!
