What the heck is internal acid rain?In doing these blogs, my heart’s desire is to reveal the purpose and power of food and why I feel that eating the right types of food ~ foods that will alkalize your internal environment ~ is one of the most important things you can do to not only awaken, but to empower, the innate intelligence that lives within us all. This intelligence is a very subtle, yet powerful force that holds the potential to change the course of your life and the life of our planet.
I know because it changed mine!
The key is that we must learn to work with it and not against it. Thirty-three years ago, I was working against it. My body was one big acidic cesspool that spawned a pathogen that almost took my life. I soon came to know the cause of my suffering was a toxic internal environment, saturated by a type of internal acid rain.

HI Toni, I order your book the other day. I have been have problems with my stomach. Last year the doctor took pictures I have way too much acid. So I am really hoping to find some good basic foods to eat. My diet from the doctors is : crackers, cottage cheese , yogurt, oatmeal. I can not eat meat/ veggies/ no spices what so ever. No caffeine, no soda, no alcohol. Very few fruits. So I understand no meat, caffeine, soda , alcohol. So I am at a loss as what to eat. I can eat some fish. I love salads can’t eat them makes me all full of gas. My body has changed and I have learned to eat small meals. Looking forward to reading your book. And finding some foods I can eat. Thank you

That’s why, for me, the Ecotarian way of eating versus being a vegan or vegetarian, makes so much sense. Hi Elise … The biggest thing that you can do to calm the acidic storm in your stomach is to drink as much celery juice as you can as well as eat it! Celery is LOADED with organic sodium which is the number one reason people experience an acidic environment, especially with an acid stomach. Also … all fruits and veggies are your body’s alkalizers … the reason is that they are loaded with ALKALINE MINERALS! ALKALINE MINERALS are the key so until you can eat them RAW … steam them, bake them, or turn them into soups or smoothies! YOU CAN DO IT!
